OFFICIAL RULES

Winner Notification: Each potential winner will be notified using the information provided at the time of entry. No liability is assumed for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. Failure to respond to any winner notification within seven (7) days may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible, if such person has not complied with these Official Rules, or if such person declines a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. Each potential winner (and any guest) may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release. Failure to comply when requested may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

PRIZES AND ODDS

Weekly Prizes. Two (2) prizes are available in each weekly drawing (for a total of sixteen (16) weekly prizes): one (1) $88.00 Visa® Gift Card. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all weekly prizes to be awarded is $1,408.00. Limit one (1) weekly prize per person. All eligible entries in each weekly drawing remain eligible for the grand prize drawing. See Prize Conditions for details. 

Grand Prize. One (1) grand prize is available: a trip as described below under “Event Trip Details” and the opportunity for grand prize winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) to participate in a prize determination process at a special event (“the Event”). During the Event, Grand Prize Winner will have the opportunity to select one (1) envelope/container from among one hundred (100) envelopes/containers. Ninety-nine (99) of the one hundred (100) envelopes/containers will contain a $100.00 message; one (1) envelope/container will contain a $100,000 message. The message in the envelope/container determines the amount of the prize to be awarded to the Grand Prize Winner opening that envelope/container. The $100,000 prize, if any, will be awarded in the form of an annuity payable as $2,500 per year for 40 years. The $100.00 prize will be awarded in the form of a VISA® Gift Card. Event Details:

Selection of Event date is in Sponsor's discretion. Event is currently anticipated to occur during the month of April 2025 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The date of the Event is subject to change. During the month of March 2025 the selected Grand Prize Winner will receive three (3) proposed dates and times in April 2025 for the Event. If the Grand Prize Winner cannot participate in the Event on one of the three (3) dates and times specified in Las Vegas, Nevada, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Dates and location are subject to change.

Event Trip Details:

Event trip consists of: (a) round trip airline transportation (coach class) for Grand Prize Winner from major airport nearest winner’s residence to Harry Reid International Airport; and (b) hotel accommodations (consisting of one single occupancy, standard room) for two (2) consecutive nights. Exact location and date will be communicated to Winner at time of winner selection/validation per the Event Details section above. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Event trip portion of prize: $1,500.00; actual value may vary depending on departure city. If Winner lives within 200 miles of Las Vegas, NV, ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air travel; any difference between actual value and advertised value will not be awarded. Winner must travel on dates determined by Sponsor. Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for any and all expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated herein, including but not limited to ground transportation between Winner’s residence and airport of departure or any other location not specified above, in-room charges (e.g., mini-bar, room service, telephone, movies), meals and beverages, gratuities, travel upgrades, baggage fees, and personal incidentals. Winner will be required to provide a valid major credit card or some other acceptable form of payment, as determined in the hotel’s sole discretion upon hotel check-in and all in-room charges, telephone calls, meals, beverages, hotel upgrades, amenities, personal incidentals and any other expenses charged to the Winner’s hotel room will be charged to that major valid credit card or deducted from the deposit provided. The ARV of the Grand Prize may vary based on the commercial airport nearest Winner’s permanent residence, as well as hotel fluctuations at the time of travel. Sponsor is not responsible for any fees or additional charges resulting from the Winner’s changes to itinerary or accommodations and Winner is solely responsible for any and all charges incurred due to trip cancellation. Winner will be solely responsible for obtaining valid U.S. government photo identification prior to travel and the associated costs for these requirements. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Sponsor shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage. Winner is responsible for obtaining their own medical and life insurance and the associated costs. All travel is subject to any and all restrictions instituted by the Department of Defense and/or Department of Homeland Security, as required. Winner must have all government issued identification and other documents necessary for travel, including but not limited to, valid passport, visa, and any required vaccination.

Odds. Odds of winning in any drawing listed above depend on the number of eligible entries received for that drawing.

PRIZE CONDITIONS

There is a limit of one (1) weekly prize per person/email address. Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be sold or auctioned, and have no cash surrender value. Any difference between the actual value of any prize and the approximate retail value set forth in these official rules may not be claimed and will not be awarded. Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with acceptance or use of any prize. VISA® is a trademark of Visa, Inc. which is not a sponsor of or in any way affiliated with the Sweepstakes. Visa® gift cards are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash and are subject to all terms and conditions of use as established by card issuer. The acceptance or use of any Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use that Winner’s name and address (city and state) and likeness for promotional purposes on a worldwide basis, and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without notice or further compensation. The Grand Prize Winner must provide his/her social security number and will be issued an IRS Form 1099-Misc for the stated ARV of the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize Winner is liable for the payment of all applicable federal and state taxes on the Grand Prize.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for electronic, network or computer failures or malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or for other hardware, software or technical errors of any kind including any injury or damage to any person’s computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes, or for other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, or with respect to any Sweepstakes-related materials. Entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents, from any claims due to any injuries, damages, or losses to any person (including death) or property, resulting in whole or in part from acceptance or use of a prize or participation in the Sweepstakes. No refund or compensation will be provided for lost or stolen prizes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges whose decisions are final. Entrants waive any right to claim ambiguity with regard to the mechanics of the Sweepstakes or the interpretation of the Official Rules. Headings are provided for convenience only. Anyone attempting to defraud or tamper with this Sweepstakes will be declared ineligible and may be prosecuted. Sponsor is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, inconvenience, or loss of time arising out of any acts, omissions, or negligence, of any person, including, without limitation, transportation carriers, and any person providing any service or accommodation in conjunction with any prize, or for delays or cancellations including, but not limited to, those resulting from mechanical breakdown, closings, strikes, government action, inclement weather, or Acts of God. Use of any gift card prize is subject to all applicable rules and policies of the card issuer. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect information caused by printing, technical or human errors, which may occur during the Sweepstakes. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays, or the theft, loss, or destruction of entries. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as planned because of tampering, intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other reason (each an “Intervening Cause”), which affects the security, fairness, or proper execution of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the Sweepstakes or, in its discretion, award the prizes through a drawing from all eligible entries unaffected by the Intervening Cause. Any disputes regarding this Sweepstakes shall be governed by New York law and resolved in courts located in Westchester County, New York. Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred but in no event attorney fees. Entrants waive any claim for punitive, incidental, or consequential damages. With regard to the prizes being awarded, Sponsor makes no express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. For New Jersey residents, the limitations set forth above are inapplicable where attorneys’ fees, court costs, or other damages are mandated by statute.
